『2U guesthouse KU Br.』 newly opened in Auguest of 2014 proudly providing the best service in the Korea University area. Our guesthouse is also conveniently located near major public transportation.
『2U guesthouse KU Br.』 is the only guesthouse with 『Guesthouse KU Oneroomtel (GH)』 in the area abiding by the new building requirement and fire hazard standard. Our house has a 24-hour security system with surveillance cameras and a superintendent. Also, front door in the house has a digital door lock which provides a safe environment.
Our house is located in front of the East Gate of Korea University. The Anam station (Line 6) is located within 3 minutes of walking distance, and other means of transportation is easily accessible to go to Jongro area or Gangnam area.

The spacious rooftop is located on the 5rd floor with benches and awning allowing you to comfortably rest or enjoy spending time with your friends while having a cup of coffee. Drying racks are also provided for your laundry to crisply dry in the sun.
◇ Kitchen
Various cooking utensils and appliances are provided in the kitchen, such as rice cooker, microwave, kimchee refrigerator, and toaster. Rice, ramen, kimchee, and coffee is always available as well allowing you to enjoy your meal at the table provided in the kitchen.

Our guesthouse uses high-speed internet allowing you to use either a LAN line in your room or wifi, free of charge. An LCD monitor/TV is provided in each room so you may enjoy internet and media service.

Our guesthouse was built to accommodate problems present in existing guesthouses. Recently, the fire hazard standard was widely reinforced to address security, noise level, and fire safety problems. Our guesthouse abides by the new standard with wide hallways and public spaces, smoke detectors, sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, and an emergency evacuation plan.

『2U guesthouse KU Br.』 is conveniently located in front of the east gate of College of Science and Engineering, and 3 minutes away from Anam Station (Line 6).
Shuttle Bus 『Seongbuk 04』 stops in front of our guest house which goes to Sinseol-dong Station (Line 1) and Sungshin Women’s University Station every 7 minutes.
Also, Seongbuk Office, Sungshin Women’s University, Korea University Hospital, Homeplus grocery store, cafe, and fitness centers are all located nearby.
